Recessed Lighting

There are three types of recessed lighting fixtures on the market today, explained below:
Solar... This involves cutting in to the roof on your San Dimas home to install a reflector globe. Then reflective tubes in the attic to transport the light to its final destination. Very labor intensive, and only works during the day.
Low Voltage... This requires the use of a transformer, to reduce the 120 Volts provided by your home electrical system, down to the useable voltage, (Usually 12, to 24 Volts), required by the fixture. These are very popular, they come in a variety of styles and sizes. Caution...Maintenence and repairs on these can be costly...Please be sure it's what you really want.
Standard, (Line), voltage... A simple fixture by design. Also very popular. They come in many styles and sizes to fit every need. No maintenence required. Just replace the light bulb.
